With the esteemed Manolis Neos, owner of the estate known as Risiko.

The estate passed into the ownership of the Risi family, of Genoese origin, whose presence in Chios dates back to the late 17th century. Since then, the estate has been known in the history of Kampos as Risiko.

In 1958, the last member of the Risi family sold the estate to Dimitrios and Emmanuel Neos, sons of Konstantinos.

Until 2005, no significant interventions had been made to the building, after which the current owners undertook its restoration and conversion into a guesthouse.
